Mission description

Create and maintain detailed production planning for one or several bottling/packing lines making sure all customers' requests are covered ensuring optimized utilization of resources.
Main activities:
• Build detailed production planning scheduling on weekly basis ensuring product availability for short and mid-term demand based on open orders and replenishment forecasts (covers all requirements i.e. DRR or third parties)
• Secure capacity planning for short/mid-term and highlight and request any extra capacity requirements or propose alternative solution to stakeholders
• Use and enhance the block planning concept to optimize line efficiency, control plant stock holding and ensure production cycles visibility.
• Ensure Bulk Planning is correctly reflected in systems and cascaded to Manufacturing team or any other involved function (i.e. Americas Supply Chain for Rum bulk)
• Develop, monitor and handle global Promotion done on site in co-operation with global promotion manager.
• Build co-packing plan (Value Added Packs – Promotions) in synchronization with standard production.
• Ensure all innovation projects impacting the plant (packaging modification, new product introduction and so on) are delivered on time
• Maintain KPI & reporting related to Planning efficiency


• Experience in a production or supply chain environment preferentially in Planning area
• Experience in improving business processes via continuous improvement process review and incorporation of available systems technologies.
• Experience in project management a plus

• Strong analytical skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
• Ability to make quick decisions for corrective action.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Excellent computer skills including Excel high literacy and SAP ECC/APO experience.
• Self-starter who works well under limited direction. Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative and drive.
